How MissionSpace users can request account deletion, workspace data deletion, or deletion of specific personal data.

MissionSpace is operated by PT Interna Cipta Asia. Use this page to request deletion of your MissionSpace account and associated data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@missionspace.cousing the email address connected to your MissionSpace account.
- Use the subject line Delete my MissionSpace account.
- Include your workspace name or workspace URL, and tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific personal data deleted.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize your account profile, authentication credentials, remembered sessions, push tokens, API keys, workspace memberships, personal notifications, and personal support records where feasible.
Workspace content
MissionSpace is a team workspace product. Docs, boards, tasks, messages, comments, files, and other workspace content may belong to the workspace or organization, not only to one user. We may keep workspace content when needed to preserve the workspace for remaining members, but we will remove or anonymize personal identifiers where feasible.
What we may keep
Backups, security logs, fraud-prevention records, billing, tax, refund, dispute, and legal compliance records may be retained for up to 90 days or longer where required by law or legitimate compliance needs.
Processing time
We aim to respond within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless more time is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or complex workspace ownership review.

Cara meminta penghapusan
- Kirim email ke support@missionspace.comenggunakan alamat email yang terhubung dengan akun MissionSpace Anda.
- Gunakan subjek Delete my MissionSpace account.
- Sertakan nama workspace atau URL workspace, dan jelaskan apakah Anda ingin menghapus seluruh akun atau hanya data pribadi tertentu.
Data yang kami hapus
Setelah permintaan diverifikasi, kami menghapus atau menganonimkan profil akun, kredensial autentikasi, sesi yang tersimpan, token push, API key, keanggotaan workspace, notifikasi pribadi, dan catatan dukungan pribadi jika memungkinkan.
Konten workspace
MissionSpace adalah produk workspace tim. Dokumen, board, tugas, pesan, komentar, file, dan konten workspace lain dapat menjadi milik workspace atau organisasi, bukan hanya milik satu pengguna. Kami dapat tetap menyimpan konten workspace untuk menjaga akses anggota lain, tetapi akan menghapus atau menganonimkan identitas pribadi jika memungkinkan.
Data yang mungkin tetap disimpan
Backup, log keamanan, catatan pencegahan fraud, penagihan, pajak, refund, sengketa, dan catatan kepatuhan hukum dapat disimpan hingga 90 hari atau lebih lama jika diwajibkan hukum atau kebutuhan kepatuhan yang sah.
