MissionSpace Privacy Policy

How PT Interna Cipta Asia collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data for MissionSpace.

PT Interna Cipta Asia operates MissionSpace. We process personal data to provide team collaboration workspaces, billing, support, security, and service communications.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, role, avatar, timezone, and verification or reset tokens.
  • Workspace data: workspace name, logo, projects, boards, tasks, docs, comments, channels, messages, DMs, mentions, subscriptions, stars, and notifications.
  • Files: uploaded avatars and files, filenames, content type, size, storage keys, and workspace attachment metadata.
  • Device and session data: cookies, device session records, remembered accounts, API keys, push subscription data, native push tokens, IP-derived request metadata, and logs.
  • Billing data: subscription status, plan, provider customer or subscription identifiers, purchase metadata from Paddle, Apple, or Google, and refund/cancellation records.
  • Support and diagnostics: emails, support requests, Sentry crash/error data, and operational logs.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, operate workspaces, store and deliver content, enforce permissions and plan limits, provide support, send transactional emails and push notifications, process billing, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not use advertising, retargeting, or marketing analytics at this time.

Service providers

We use Render for application, API, and PostgreSQL database hosting, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, Resend and Amazon SES for transactional email, Sentry for diagnostics, Firebase/FCM and web push providers for notifications, Paddle for web billing, and Apple/Google for mobile in-app billing where applicable. These providers process data only as needed for their services and legal obligations.

Retention and deletion

We keep workspace data while the workspace is active. On verified request, we will delete or return data where feasible. Backups, logs, billing, tax, fraud, security, and legal records may be retained for up to 90 days or longer where required by law or legitimate compliance needs.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Contact support@missionspace.co. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the workspace.

International transfers and security

MissionSpace may process data in countries where we or our providers operate. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

  • Dukungan dan diagnostik: email, permintaan dukungan, data crash/error Sentry, dan log operasional.

Cara kami menggunakan data

Kami menggunakan data untuk autentikasi, menjalankan workspace, menyimpan dan mengirim konten, menerapkan izin dan batas paket, menyediakan dukungan, mengirim email transaksi dan push notification, memproses penagihan, mencegah fraud dan penyalahgunaan, mematuhi hukum, dan meningkatkan keandalan. Saat ini kami tidak menggunakan iklan, retargeting, atau analytics pemasaran.

Penyedia layanan

Kami menggunakan Render untuk hosting aplikasi, API, dan database PostgreSQL, Cloudflare R2 untuk penyimpanan file, Resend dan Amazon SES untuk email transaksional, Sentry untuk diagnostik, Firebase/FCM dan penyedia web push untuk notifikasi, Paddle untuk penagihan web, serta Apple/Google untuk penagihan dalam aplikasi mobile jika berlaku.

Retensi dan penghapusan

Kami menyimpan data workspace selama workspace aktif. Atas permintaan terverifikasi, kami akan menghapus atau mengembalikan data jika memungkinkan. Backup, log, penagihan, pajak, fraud, keamanan, dan catatan hukum dapat disimpan hingga 90 hari atau lebih lama jika diwajibkan hukum atau kebutuhan kepatuhan yang sah.

Hak Anda

Tergantung lokasi Anda, Anda dapat meminta akses, koreksi, penghapusan, portabilitas, pembatasan, keberatan, atau penarikan persetujuan. Hubungi support@missionspace.co. Kami mungkin perlu memverifikasi identitas dan kewenangan Anda atas workspace.
